Hi, I'm Dee!


I’m a Sports and Exercise Nutritionist, holding a Master of Science in Sports and Exercise Nutrition, and I have been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years.

 

My qualifications include:
• MSc Sports & Exercise Nutrition
• Personal Trainer
• Group Fitness Instructor
• Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist (PCES)
• Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach
• Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach

My work is grounded in evidence based practice, with a strong emphasis on long-term athlete health and sustainable performance.

My coaching style is practical and realistic. I focus on building habits that fit into real life - around busy schedules, demanding training loads, and social commitments, so athletes can make progress without feeling restricted or overwhelmed. I believe performance nutrition should enhance life, not complicate it.

I’m currently supporting intercounty and club teams as a performance nutritionist, helping athletes optimise their nutrition for training, recovery, and match-day performance.

Alongside 1:1 coaching and team support, I deliver regular nutrition workshops to sports clubs and corporate organisations, translating sports science into clear, actionable strategies that can be applied immediately.

My goal is to help athletes and active individuals fuel with confidence, consistency, and clarity so they can perform at their best and feel good doing it.
